M.C. Smith Signs partnered with Pacific Crest Affordable Housing to design a striking free-standing monument sign at their latest local project on Bend’s east side. Their new monument sign blends perfectly with the contemporary architecture of the structures and highlights the project’s exterior colors and design.

Esthetically, on the outside, the “Canal Commons” nameplate features .250” CNC cut and powder coated aluminum raised letters. The main sign panels of this freestanding sign are powder coated metal to match the building's exterior colors. Logo graphics and phone number are thoughtfully applied with high-performance exterior cut vinyl.

The combination of materials and design elements results in a simple but striking contemporary sign that stands out on its own while pulling together the entire development. Our graphic design experts pride themselves in partnering with local businesses to bring your visions from concepts to reality.
